The Director, Global Benefits is a critical role on Celanese’s Total Rewards leadership team. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, this role is responsible for leading global benefits across all Celanese businesses, including our global health and wellness plans and retirement programs. Our Director, Global Benefits ensures the cost-effective leadership of our benefit programs while ensuring they attract and retain the talent critical to our success. This role serves as the global subject matter expert for our regional HR and Total Reward partners.

The Senior Associate Specialist Customer Service is responsible for perfect order fulfillment within the order to cash process to deliver customer satisfaction.  Order to cash may include pricing administration, order entry, customer service/problem resolution, billing coordination, collections and master data maintenance, and complaint handling.

The NDE Level II, On-Site Inspection Technician will primarily support the Wilmington, NC site and help with other regional sites as needed, through UT thickness and general visual inspections, examinations, and reporting. Scheduling completed through site management system with a goal of on-time completion of controllable examinations and accurate identification of potential issues. This role will also help support the site Authorized Inspectors through data collection, basic QA/QC tasks, and repair monitoring. The work environment is primarily open-air.

The Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data warehousing and business intelligence solutions within the SAP Business Warehouse (BW) environment and other Analytic tools such Alteryx. They are expected to have a strong understanding of data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. The Engineer will work closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics requirements, as well as to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
