Process Experts are responsible for the operation of multiple reactor systems or filtration systems. They safely operate and troubleshoot process equipment, support lock out tag out, assist maintenance with troubleshooting, and will eventually train future operators.  Operators will be expected to learn all jobs in the unit including floor operations, control room, material movement, and filtration.

The Production Supervisor, 24/7 Team Captain, leads a team of chemical operators to execute a production schedule across multiple batch reactors. They are responsible for the development of each operator and upholding the standards of the production team. They should have strong knowledge of the process, product, equipment, standards, and work flows to effectively manage and direct operations. The Production Supervisor should have strong problem solving skills and interpersonal skills to guide chemical operators through process issues and organizational issues.
