Create and maintain master data records pursuant to various company requirements by meeting the global Master Data SLA commitments focusing on SOX and internal policy compliance.
Responsibilities:
Creates Master Data objects (Business Partner or Material) pursuant to various company requirements by meeting the global Master Data SLA commitments
Comply with all the Master Data maintenance rules focusing on SOX compliance
Develops expertise in Master Data requirements and interdependencies between functions (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivables, Tax, Global Trade Compliance etc.)
Assures data integrity by completing changes required to maintain high levels of data quality
Assists requestors in Master Data related issues
Ensures good communication and excellent collaboration with process participants to collect required information/data and resolve incorrect master data
Familiar with Master Data quality and business rules
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
SAP experience
Excel experience
Good business communication skills in English both written and oral
Able to work in a team environment
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer centric, good interpersonal and organizational skills
Proactive, positive, result oriented personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and to successfully interact and communicate to all levels of an organization
Desired Qualifications
Master Data or other related SSC field experience 1 year is an advantage
