The Senior Process Control Engineer is responsible for providing process control leadership in support of the reliable operation and continuous improvement of the production lines at the Pensacola Specialty Elastomers Plant. This role is responsible for providing reliable DCS operation in the areas of hardware and software support, including upgrades, backups, performance tracking, administration, and security. This role works alongside the Process Control Specialist to provide daily control system troubleshooting, optimization, and improvement for the production lines.  

    As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for scoping, designing, and following the execution and commissioning phases for projects that add capabilities, improve quality, or increase production capacity; as well as supporting the operations team with technical solutions and detailed troubleshooting to ensure the unit runs safely at entitlement rates while producing a quality product.

Reporting to the EM Americas FP&A Director, the FP&A Financial Associateis a key member of the Finance team, directly supporting financial planning and analysis activities, supporting one of our key strategic sites with an Operational budget that accounts for above $150 million.   Key responsibilities will be to focus on supporting daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis. This position will be a business partner with the site manufacturing team and the accounting organization and will work to understand business processes while focusing on value driven support.

The Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with reliability program requirements for site fixed equipment and components. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to reduce losses resulting from fixed equipment. This role will serve as the program owner for the site's fixed equipment mechanical integrity program.
