The Senior Process Control Engineer is responsible for providing process control leadership in support of the reliable operation and continuous improvement of the production lines at the Pensacola Specialty Elastomers Plant. This role is responsible for providing reliable DCS operation in the areas of hardware and software support, including upgrades, backups, performance tracking, administration, and security. This role works alongside the Process Control Specialist to provide daily control system troubleshooting, optimization, and improvement for the production lines.
As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for scoping, designing, and following the execution and commissioning phases for projects that add capabilities, improve quality, or increase production capacity; as well as supporting the operations team with technical solutions and detailed troubleshooting to ensure the unit runs safely at entitlement rates while producing a quality product.

The Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with reliability program requirements for site fixed equipment and components.
