    Responsibilities:

    Purpose and Summary of position:

     

    • Ensure 24/7 teams are effectively using unit procedures, best practices are implemented, and incident learnings are applied to prevent drift
    • Knowledge of process, product and equipment to effectively develop and execute training programs
    • Trains personnel to have skill and knowledge to perform their role with maximum effectiveness
    • Works close with Team Captains and DEL to identify performance gaps and address all process experts and maintenance technician training gaps
    • Work with Team Captains and DEL to create development plans for future succession roles
    • Position requires both classroom and in field instruction and evaluation

    Qualifications:

    Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

     

    • Manufacturing knowledge/experience
    • Proven adult training experience
    • Compounding or chemical reactor experience is preferred
    • Must be savvy in computer/technology skills including Microsoft Office
    • Ability to optimize work processes
    • Ability to understand learning capability

     

    Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

     

    • Understand the technology of process and equipment
    • Skilled in people development
    • Ability to create training vision and strategy
    • Understanding of how to deliver adult training

     

    Required Years’ Experience:

     

    • 5 years

     

    Required Education:

     

    • High school Diploma or Equivalent
    • Preferably advanced degree
