    Responsibilities:

    • The purpose of this position is to lead and develop the operations team to achieve goals in Stewardship, Quality, Reliability, and Engagement.
    • This position will lead team of 8 direct reports and indirectly of 60+.
    • The right candidate will develop a vision and metrics to measure core objectives while developing and engaging team to align to team objectives.
    • DEL will develop and maintain daily work processes to achieve flawless execution daily.
    • This position will communicate to any resources needed to achieve daily execution.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Organizational savvy
    • Effective communication
    • Leadership
    • People development and engagement experience
    • 7 years of progressive responsibility in manufacturing environment
    • Preferably with shift supervision or supervision of a team
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and develop individuals and teams to accomplish common goals
    • Must be willing and able to hold self and others accountable to attaining goals in stewardship, quality, reliability, and engagement
    • 7 years exp.
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in chemical engineering
