    • Provide technical expertise in trouble-shooting, configuration and disassembly/rebuilding of process instrumentation .
    • Respond to tasks as directed by Maintenance supervision with the appropriate sense of urgency to minimize impact to process units.
    • Work with/on live process unit critical instrumentation.
    • Identify and drive the implementation of reliability improvements.


    • Ability to diagnose the cause of malfunction or failure of process instrumentation and perform the necessary preventative maintenance or corrective maintenance.
    • Accountable for personal safety, the safety of co-workers and promoting a safe work environment: responsible for executing all work activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Working knowledge of Safety Instrumentation Systems.
    • Ability to read P&ID's, Spec sheets and loop sheets.
    • Must be willing and able to provide overtime coverage and respond to plant call-outs as required.
    • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office computer programs.
    • Working knowledge with equipment such as Honeywell, Rosemount, and Foxboro instrumentation.
    • Working knowledge of Bentley Nevada machine monitoring and Radar, guided wave radar and interface levels.
    • Working knowledge of boiler management systems.

    Required Years of Experience

    • Minimum- 5 years experience working with industrial process instrumentation
    • Prefer 10 years experience

    Required Education

    • High School Diploma with Associate’s Degree in applicable field
