    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule coordination with scheduling team to ensure products are scheduled for lines with optimal production rates for product and minimum changeover impact.
    • Adjust raw materials when appropriate; escalate issues early to reduce need for schedule changes.
    • Participate in RCAs and quality/QN investigations of manufacturing issues.
    • Develop response to address productivity and quality gaps.
    • Generate ideas for improvement and support, or lead, implementation.

    Qualifications:

    • Advanced knowledge of process, raw materials, quality, product and equipment.
    • Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills.
    • Trend analysis with ability to identify less obvious patterns and trends.
    • Ability to manage complex work.
    • Strong communication skills including ability to convey concerns/issues based in facts.
    • Demonstrate decision making skills.
    • Strong collaboration skills with various levels and functions of organization.
