    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to Manufacturing Services Team.
    • Support day to day collective bargaining administration, employment records, employment actions, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development (training).
    • Build organization pride, morale, and engagement initiatives such as voluntarism, inclusion and diversity, ERGs, etc.
    • Coordinate social commitment activities at site and promotes positive community involvement.
    • Coordinate Mfg training and maintain appropriate records.

    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • SAP (or comparable HR system) systems knowledge
    • HR Process Experience preferred
    • Experience in training, organizational processes and regulation
    • Must speak Spanish (native) and possess English fluency

    Required Years of Experience

    • 1 Yr in HR or administrative function

    Required Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in specific role, minimum
