    • Ensure that maintenance is coordinated for the site to support stewardship (safety and environmental) compliance and initiatives, quality compliance, and reliability initiatives.
    • Manage optimization of equipment to ensure that schedule is coordinated with daily execution leader and within the unit to complete maintenance activities.
    • Optimize outage schedules to ensure meeting of customer demand.
    • Drive maintenance performance by 24/7 and core maintenance teams.
    • Approve maintenance strategies for equipment, both short and long term.
    • Manage maintenance budget and both maintenance/reliability staff to achieve goals.
    • Responsible for planning and execution of major turnarounds.


    • Effective communication skills (verbal & written).
    • Excellent computer skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to manage complex processes and make complex decisions.
    • Ability to understand production scheduling and capabilities.
    • Ability to identify emerging issues and create pro-active strategy to address.
    • Manufacturing maintenance experience is required.
    • 5 years manufacturing maintenance
    • High School diploma
