    • Ensure the unit is running at entitlement reliability targets and anticipate potential emerging issues.
    • Knowledge of process, product and equipment to effectively manage emerging issues.
    • Ensures proper use of RCA process and corrective action plans to close gap.
    • Maintain Asset Availability data and drives productivity for department.
    • Support Area MOC process.
    • Lead reliability investigations for equipment failures.
    • Monitor process, product and equipment to detect and anticipate emerging issues.
    • Engage with 24/7 Team to identify and remove daily execution barriers.
    • Establish and communicate equipment operating parameters for the 24/7 Team.
    • Ensure proper application of RCA process and corrective action plans.
    • Develop action plans to achieve results.
    • Collaborate with Asset Leader to understand and set priority for equipment repairs impacting reliability.
    • Ensure equipment reliability for quality impacting equipment.
    • Build strategy around reliability system training and knowledge support.
    • Support Process Experts training and progression program as reliability SME.
    • Communicate with outside units to share best practices.
    • Able to work in an individual contributor role with minimal direction and participate in or lead teams.


    • Understand technology of process, product and equipment.
    • Skilled in people development and teaching.
    • Routinely apply engineering experience and technical abilities to effect improvement in the process.
    • Understand Statistical Control and Six Sigma principles and is able to apply them.
    • Able to work with diverse groups as a team member to achieve results.
    • Able to manage multiple activities with competing priorities.
    • Demonstrate the ability to assume leadership role for executing moderately complex tasks, assignments and projects.

    Required Years of Experience

    • 2 years experience in Engineering in a manufacturing environment or new college hire

    Required Education

    • B.S. Engineering or equivalent industrial experience
