    • Country level HRBP leader for Celanese entities in Mexico, including multiple plants.
    • Responsible for the overall administration, coordination, application of HR practices.
    • Maintain responsibility for organizational compliance with Mexican labor legislation and effective talent management practices.
    • Oversee plant HR activities and HR personnel in Mexico plants, including transformation, process standardization, and coordinating culture change.  
    • Coordinate with corporate HR and legal counsel on matters affecting employees in Brazil.
    • Oversee and take responsibility for improving leadership skills and capabilities across Celanese in Brazil, including developing diverse talent and supporting employee resource groups.


    • Strong knowledge in Mexican legislation and statutory environment.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills.
    • Strategic mindset.
    • Experience leading an HR function in Mexico, preferably manufacturing.
    • Data management skills, including payroll, benefits, time and attendance.
    • Transnational experience is a plus.
    • Experience in Talent & Performance Management Systems.
    • Knowledge in SAP (or relevant HR systems).
    • MBA is a plus.

    Required Years of Experience

    • 3 to 5 years of HRBP or HR leadership experience

    Required Education

    • Business or relevant business degree required.
    • HR/Administration/Psychology/Labor Lawyer
