    • Manage HR responsibilities in Ocotlan plant.
    • Oversee implementation of global HR initiatives and talent programs, including talent acquisition (recruitment) and retention.
    • Manage day to day collective bargaining agreements.
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development (training).
    • Coordinate training, employee development, and works with line managers to proactively align HR solutions to business needs.


    • Ability to create and maintain relationship at all levels of the OCO Site.
    • Good knowledge and experience of Production Plants in Mexico.
    • Basic understanding of Mexican Labor Legislation; basic fluency in English.
    • Conflict management abilities.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of wage and salary administration, benefits, and time & attendance administration.
    • Spanish language fluency is critical.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills are needed.
    • Experience in Powerpoint, Word, and Excel.
    • Fluency in English is important.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
    • Data management skills are critical and experience in computer systems is important.
    • Payroll and benefits expertise is also a plus.

    Required Years of Experience

    • 3-5 years in an administrative, training, or HR role.

    Required Education

    • Education in HR /Administration/Business.
    • Degree preferred.
