    • Provide support to identify, assess, implement, monitor, and maintain global transfer pricing policies;
    • Assist with transfer pricing audits by preparing and reviewing responses to information requests by tax authorities
    • Conduct functional interviews to gather necessary information for transfer pricing analyses and documentation purposes
    • Prepare and/or review functional analyses based on the information gathered
    • Facilitate the data gathering process and ensure that the information obtained is presented accurately and consistent pursuant to the OECD BEPS Actions (e.g., Master File, Local Files, and CbC Report
    • Assist in the review of the final transfer pricing documentation reports prepared by outside advisors
    • Serve as a business partner across the organization to ensure control and consistency of the global transfer pricing function
    • Microsoft Excel - Intermediate-Advanced level knowledge
    • Must be organized and have experience handling multiple projects at the same time
    • Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Superior analytical and research skills
    • Operational transfer pricing experience


    • Familiar with manufacturing operations, particularly in the chemicals/oil & gas sector
    • Experience in SAP and/or other ERP is highly desired
    • Advanced financial modeling, database, and research skills
    • SharePoint experience is a plus
    • At least 4-5 years of experience with progressive responsibilities in transfer pricing with a Fortune 500 company and/or Big 4 accounting firm
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s in Taxation, Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant advanced degree preferred
