    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain compliance of EHS requirements for daily execution.
    • Field evaluation of procedure usage.
    • Drive environmental and safety compliance.
    • Lead in field review of safety and environmental policies with 24/7 operations team.
    • Train members of manufacturing team in safety and environmental programs, initiatives, best practices, and knowledge shares.
    • Promote a culture of engagement within team to address safety and environmental issues and build capability of all operations
    • Conduct HazRecs and near miss evaluations.

    Qualifications:

    • Solid communication skills and capability to drive engagement.
    • Solid computer/troubleshooting ability.
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities to help achieve objectives and long-term vision.
    • Demonstrate ability to address/resolve safety issues.
    • Stewardship (safety and/or environmental) experience within manufacturing facility, preferably in chemical manufacturing plant.
    • Continuous improvement experience and/or training.

    Required Years of Experience

    • 5 years in stewardship (safety and/or environmental)

    Required Education

    • Bachelor's degree in technical field including environmental or safety engineering or 5 years of safety or environmental experience
