    Responsibilities:

    A New Mindset in Manufacturing

    We are beginning a transformation that will change the way we work, think, act and behave to drive value to the core in Manufacturing. This role will be a key position in that transformation.

    • Develop Quality systems, workflows and strategy for the manufacturing units.
    • Analyze leading indicators to identify strategic improvement opportunities and collaborates with the unit teams on driving improvements.
    • Provide manufacturing data and trends to stakeholders on product and raw material quality and to external quality groups for certifications.
    • Lead the internal and external audits of the quality management system and track the CAPs.
    • Ensure quality control activities are conducted in conformance with company policies, regulatory agencies (ex. Environmental, Legal, etc.) and acceptable working practices.
    • Coordinate quality notification management and collaborates to investigate and resolve process quality issues and customer complaints across the Compounding region.
    • Communicate any customer concerns and ensure corrective measures are identified and communicated to all stakeholders.
    • Develop and deliver training on Quality systems.

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
    • Manufacturing/Industrial experience.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication.
    • Ability to work and collaborate with others.
    • Strong customer focus.
    • Results driven.
    • Networking with peers to identify and implement quality management system improvements.
    • 6 Sigma/Lean certification.

    • 7+ Years

    Required Education

    • Bachelor’s degree
