    • Lead 24/7 Team to make in-spec product per production schedule while embracing the 4 manufacturing core principles.
    • Develop people regarding their key abilities and attributes by providing timely and meaningful performance feedback to all team members.
    • Address performance issues through coaching, counseling or disciplinary action.
    • Communicate instructions from the core team and perform proper handover to the next TC and DEL on emerging issues.
    • Maintain a field presence, safety focus as the leader of the team.
    • Decision maker after the team completes troubleshooting effort, work order notification owner for the team.
    • Identify when training is needed for 24/7 team and ensures training opportunities are available.
    • Establish efficient communication among 24/7 teams to maintain performance consistency.
    • Establish, track 24/7 team KPIs and develop/track improvement activities to drive 24/7 continuous performance improvement.


    • Ability to assume personal responsibility for shift safety performance and demonstrate a genuine concern for the safety of co-workers.
    • Demonstrate a high level of engagement in safety programs and implementation of those on shift.
    • Ability to understand production schedules and production capabilities in units they have not worked in.
    • Possess strong trouble shooting skills to help identify root causes.
    • Possess an understanding of safety/health related policies and procedures.
    • Ability to discern team members knowledge and skills.
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple /priorities to help achieve objectives and long-term vision.
    • Strong time management skills to be able to prioritize the necessities of multiple units.
    • Experience as or willingness to become an Incident Commander (IC) on the plant Emergency Response Team (ERT).

    Required Education

    • Some technical training/college preferred; high school degree or equivalent
