    Execute delivery and logistics activities, ensuring on time shipment from the ship site and on time delivery to the customer. In addition to the day-to-day SAP transactions the position also involves working with team members to resolve delays, equipment challenges, etc. that may impact on time delivery to the customer. This position will interface with their counterparts in Customer Service to meet productivity and quality metrics thereby ensuring a seamless order-to-deliver process. This position requires some overtime during the work week including some weekend work which is limited.

    • Execute delivery and logistics SAP transactions. Coordinate all shipment and traffic process for shipments from plants and third party distribution centers to ensure safe on time delivery to customer
    • Ensure adherence to all SOP’s and controls related to Safety and Compliance; including trade compliance, customs compliance, transportation and logistics regulations, Sarbanes Oxley, Dangerous Goods regulations, Responsible Care and ISO 9000
    • Execute SAP postings in a timely manner aligned with revenue recognition rules and ensure timely discrepancy resolution
    • Execute SAP quality notification transactions for all process failures to align with quality assurance expectations
    • Escalate to leads, regional experts and when unforeseen delays occur that may result in a late delivery to a customer
    • Track the desk metrics defined for on time shipping and on time delivery and provide a root cause analysis and corrective action plan for those falling outside of the allowable tolerances.
    • Assist with resolution of freight invoice discrepancies


    • High School diploma, logistics, engineering, or related field and/ or 2-3 years’ related experience in supply chain
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    • Customer service attitude and strong Isnterpersonal skills
    • Results oriented with ability to multi-task
    • Teamwork
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • SAP Experience a plus
    • 2-3 years logistics experience
    • Experience with Hazardous material shipping a plus

      • 2-3 Years
    • Required Education:
      • High School diploma
      • Bachelor’s degree a plus in Supply chain
