    Responsibilities:

    Maintains Asset Availability data and drives productivity for CC.

    Monitors the department flake production and raw material inventory.

    Monitors, evaluates, troubleshoots and issues reports on department conversion and productivity.

    Assist with the 18 month department equipment plan and capital spending.

    Serves as the department MOC coordinator.

    Determines and implements process improvements .
     
    Provides support on troubleshooting and solving process, yield and quality problems .

    Able to work in an individual contributor role with minimal direction and particpate in or lead teams. 

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in process improvement or manufacturing engineering.

    Routinely applies engineering experience and technical abilities to effect improvement in the process .

    Understands Statistical Control and Six Sigma principles and is able to apply them.

    Six Sigma Green Belt.

    Able to work with diverse groups as a team member to achieve results.

    Able to manage multiple activities with competing priorities.

    Demonstrates the ability to assume leadership role for executing moderately complex tasks, assignments and projects.

    Working towards B.S. in Engineering- rising senior, graduating in December 2019 or May 2020
