    • Work across the organization to ensure the appropriate prioritization, focus, and handling of security incidents
    • Act as a primary point of contact for engineering and architectural reviews
    • Responsible for the maintenance and operation of centralized security tooling such as SIEM, IPS, network change management monitoring, external brand monitoring, incident response and forensic triage tools
    • Creates, generates, executes, and evaluates security awareness campaigns
    • Recruits, trains, retains, and develops junior information security personnel
    • Works in a team environment to ensure security of the organization

      • Expertise in Microsoft Windows
      • Proven ability to build, deliver, and maintain technology roadmaps
      • Experience developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
      • Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
      • Investigate and resolve security-relaed issues
      • Create reports for management on security status
      • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
      • Familiarity with NIST CSF, SOC2, GDPR and other audit/compliance standards.
      • Exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and up to 10 lbs. force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
      • Active involvement in the security community, such as local security conferences, capture the flag or other competitions, and/or mentoring of personnel attempting to join the community.
      • Operational knowledge of eDiscovery and Forensics processes, practices, and related legal concerns
      • Expertise in Linux
      • Data-driven process-focused approach to continuous improvement
      • Experience working in both traditional waterfall and agile project management approaches.
      • Experience with physical security controls and systems, including facility analysis and design.
      • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
    • Required Years of Experience:
      • 5+ years of management experience
      • 8+ years of security operations experience
    • Required Education:
    • None, but bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable
