    Responsibilities:

    Celanese Corporation in Irving, Texas is seeking an Advanced Specialist Customer Service to ensure full compliance with DOT Regulations/Policies and apply Incoterms for Imports/Exports of Hazardous materials and Revenue Recognition Rules.

    Specific job duties include:

    • Uses Six Sigma Methodology to analyze data to identify process improvements
    • Ensures order fulfillment and resolve issues
    • Secures approval from sales management to provide billing adjustments
    • Serves as the key customer service contact for customers
    • Updates customer master information, coordinate Quality Notification Process and resolution of the complaints in SAP
    • Performs price verification between SAP and customer PO’s
    • Analyzes data to identify and eliminate the root cause of related exceptions
    • Ensures departmental compliance with safety targets, ISO, Sarbanes Oxley, and regulatory requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Must know (through academic training or work experience) SAP S&D Module; International/ Domestic Customer Service and Logistics across multiple transportation modes (Truck, ISO-Bulk, Pressurized Rail, Bulk Marine and Ocean Liner)
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel for analyzing large data.
    • Must have two (2) years of previous experience in the position offered or related.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial or Chemical Engineering or directly related field is required
