    • The Quality Facilitator manages and prioritizes activities and efforts of 24/7 technical and safety resources to achieve daily/shift SQRE plan
    • Completes analytics of SQRE data to identify and prioritize emerging issues
    • Channel information, request and escalations to unit team to assure follow-up with un-resolved issues
      • Lead by example by performing all of their work safely
      • Participate in shift tool box activities and all safety programs
      • Identify unsafe behaviors and coach coworkers on safe behaviors

    This role is responsible for quality from the métier to the Tow layer. The Shift Quality Leader will:

    • Monitor all quality parameters
    • Understand causes for quality defects
    • Make necessary adjustments to bring tow within specification
    • Investigate and document non-conformance through corrective/ preventative actions and customer feedback
    • Assist in developing documentation of work instructions, processes
    • Coach employees on our current quality systems and new processes as they develop
    • Perform in-process inspection and audits
    • 10% overtime is required

      • Dexterity with simple hand tools
      • Ability to multi-task and adjust to work demands and designated by management
      • Extreme attention to detail
      • Exceptional organization skills
      • Advanced Process, Raw Material and Product knowledge
      • Understanding of statistics and capable of data analytics
      • Keen ability to identify hidden patterns and trends
      • Troubleshooting and RCA skills
      • Intermediate capabilities with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
      • Experience navigating in SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) and PI Process Book
      • Ability to mine data for quality analysis
      • Ability to utilize statistical process control tools
      • Knowledge of Extrusion SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
      • Knowledge of Tow manufacturing
      • Experience with the implementation of proactive quality strategies
    • Required Years of Experience:
      • One to two years manufacturing environment
    • Required Education:
      • High School Diploma
