    Purpose and Summary of position:


    • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
    • Maintains employee and department directories; and head count report for employees and contractors
    • Maintains security by following procedures; managing visitor badges assignments and deletions
    • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for telephone and console operation
    • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
    • Addresses building-related issues by submitting work orders to building management
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
