    • Ensure achievement of 4 core principles of Stewardship, Quality, Reliability, and Engaged Employees when implementing process, product and/or equipment improvements.
    • Provide technical expertise and knowledge to the manufacturing process of the unit (raw materials, equipment, and processes).
    • Implement new technologies, processes, and raw materials.
    • Provide process support to Plant Engineering activities, usually involving preparation of major Appropriation Requests or execution of detailed engineering of projects.
    •  Work with support teams to monitor unit operations, correct problems and assist in improvements, usually for special problems or projects.
    • Participate in Process Safety Review.
    • Communicate and document process engineering activities in unit support, design, plant engineering, environmental and process safety support activities with little or no review required.
    • Provide support to site through updates of Unit Technology Plan, Productivity Plan, and project pipeline.

    Required Years of Experience

    • Minimum 3 years experience in chemical industry preferred

    Required Education

    • BS in Chemical Engineering
