    • Maintain Measurement and Control Devices throughout the site.
    • Perform calibrations of level, temperature, flow and pressure devices.
    • Troubleshoot and repair PLC applications with assistance from Process Controls group.
    • Perform PMs on Instruments, SIS, meter skids, PH and fixed detection.
    • Repair/troubleshoot control valves and positioners.


    • Honeywell, Rosemount and/or Foxboro system experience.
    • Read and interpret P&IDs.
    • Re-build control valves.
    • Understand steam governor application systems.
    • Calibrate transmitters.
    • Understand Pneumatic and digital control applications.
    • Candidate shall be a team player, possess high level of troubleshooting skills, and have excellent written/verbal communication. 
    • Knowledge of Honeywell, Rosemount and Foxboro systems required.
    • GE/Bently Nevada machine monitoring knowledge preferred.
    • Familiarity with SIS systems.
    • Be on-call and work night shift as needed. 

    Required Years of Experience

    • 5 years

    Required Education

    • Certificate of Instrumentation Technology.
    • AAS of Instrument Technology preferred.
