    Responsibilities:

    Purpose and Summary of position:

     

    • Assisting with the global transfer pricing documentation (including Country by Country Report) which may include: obtaining necessary financial data on intercompany transactions and ensuring it is reflected properly in documentation, preparation of legal entity organizational charts, and obtaining qualitative information as needed
    • Diligent monitoring of local file and master file requirements by jurisdiction as well as the preparation and monitoring of Country by Country notifications
    • Obtaining data and preparing responses (as needed) for Transfer Pricing audits globally
    • Assisting with the update and maintenance of shared services models for budget and actuals which may include obtaining financial information as well as incorporating functional information into the models
    • Assisting with the quarterly update of transfer prices which includes collaboration with groups outside of tax
    • Assisting with ad-hoc requests which may include periodic analysis of transfer pricing results, integration tasks, on-going process improvement endeavors, and other necessary compliance tasks

    Qualifications:

    Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

     

    • Microsoft Excel - Intermediate level knowledge
    • Must be organized and have experience handling multiple projects at the same time
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

     

    Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

     

    • Familiar with manufacturing operations, particularly in the chemicals/oil & gas sector
    • Experience in SAP and/or BCS is highly desired

     

    Required Years Experience:

     

    • 1-2 years experience at a large corporate multinational publicly traded company or Big 4 public accounting firm

     

    Required Education:

     

    • Bachelors of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
    • Advanced degree a plus
