    As a member of the FP&A Manufacturing team, the Sr. FP&A Analyst is responsible for the third site partner cost management while closely assisting the FP&A Manager and the Site Leadership Team on site financial activities.

    • Prepare monthly invoicing for Clear Lake and Bay City 3rd site partners including following up and issue resolution.
    • Responsible for preparation of Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecasts including monthly Analysis and Reporting for the Bay City site.
    • Assist FP&A Manager in similar activities for the Clear Lake site.
    • Assist FP&A Manager in activities associated with SOX compliance.
    • Support sites on Productivity initiatives and financial validation.
    • Lead or participate on special projects as required by Global FP&A / Manufacturing.
    • Frequent visits to the Bay City, TX site will be required.


    • Analytical Skills and Strategic Agility.
    • Excellent Financial Modeling.
    • US GAAP and Cost Accounting.
    • Costumer Focus.
    • Strong computer software skills including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
    • SAP and BI systems experience.
    • Presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability for Multi-tasking and priority setting.
    • Desire to pursue a career in the Celanese Manufacturing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization as a future Plant Controller.
    • Good understanding of Manufacturing Process.
    • Familiar with Intermediate Chemistry business operations and/or manufacturing processes.

    Required Years of Experience

    • 3-5 years of solid Finance / Accounting work experience

    Required Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
    • MBA/CPA Preferred
