    Responsibilities:

    Purpose and Summary of position:

     

    Assist in the design and implementation of Celanese's compliance programs and initiatives, including the following:

     

    • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and guidelines
    • Design and deliver compliance-related communications (in traditional and creative formats)
    • Deliver of policy training materials and oversee tracking of training completion
    • Advise on compliance matters and inquiries
    • Assist with internal compliance investigations and remediation
    • Assist with third-party due diligence
    • Assist with enterprise risk management assessment and monitoring
    • Develop monitoring and testing of compliance program effectiveness

    Qualifications:

    Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

     

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong program management experience
    • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
    • Ability to think creatively and generate engaging presentations, communications, trainings, etc.
    • Self-motivated, pro-active, and enthusiastic

     

    Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

     

    Experience in any one or more of the following subject areas is preferred but not required:

     

    • Antitrust law
    • Anti-corruption (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act , etc.)
    • Records management
    • Global trade compliance
    • Compliance-related investigations

     

    Required Years Experience:

     

    • 4+ years in a compliance, communications, or legal field

     

    Required Education:

     

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
