    Purpose and Summary of position: 

    • Plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to be responsive to the company's goals and competitive practices.
    • Responsible for consulting, communicating and administering Celanese pay programs.
    • Works with HR Business Partners to ensure compensation programs are consistently delivered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
    • Provides ongoing support of compensation programs and monitors market trends to continually evaluate and enhance Celanese programs. Participates in the ongoing design and implementation of new programs.
    • Supports the development, implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs. Continually searches for process improvements and efficiencies.



    Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

    • Knowledge of market benchmarking process
    • Strong data analysis, project management and consulting skills
    • Excellent MS Excel Skills
    • Working knowledge of MS Office Programs

    Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

    • Knowledge of SAP and Success Factors preferred

    Required Years of Experience:

    • 5-10years

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting or related field
