Responsibilities:

Purpose and Summary of position:

 

The Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for Global Administration of the Learning Management System as well as all Learning Coordination as it relates to Talent Management programs and initiatives  (e.g. LMS technical oversight, coordination of  leadership and employee development programs and initiatives, coaching coordination, instructional design, and assessment coordination). The role reports to the Talent Management Director and partners with regional Talent Management staff and HR to execute programs. 

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Experience in Learning Coordination (ie launching and managing 360 and other online assessment tools, coaching engagements, and development program coordination)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience in Instructional Design
  • Experience with an eLearning authoring tool (Adobe Captivate preferred).
  • Proven ability to create online, interactive exercises and activities with demonstrable outcomes.
  • Experience with distance learning tools, virtual classroom platforms, and learning management systems
  • Ability to convert technical or complex information into easily used and understandable text and graphics.
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint
  • Experience with SAP applications

 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Global LMS Administation Experience
  • Instructional design experience for adult learners in corporate environment, with multimedia design
  • Experience with courseware rapid development tools (i.e., Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia)
  • Experience writing scenario-based, narrative-driven, interactive, multimedia web-based courseware
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
  • Experience working in a global environment

Required Years of Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience as a Learning Coordinator, LMS Administrator, Instructional Designer and/or Talent Management specialist

Required Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in Organization Development or Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
