    • Import stats tables for Mexico and South America 
    • ANIQ membership paperwork/ payment process 
    • ANIQ events paperwork/ payments (monthly meetings, annual “Foro”)
    • APLA event – Admin support
    • Regulated products files (Request end use questionnaires, update files and keep evidence for audits) 
    • Customer leads calls (new requirements, product inquiries, info demands)
    • Annual promotional customer gifts (vendor relationship, customer lists, paperwork, courier, tracking)
    • P-card purchases 
    • Office supplies
    • agency paperwork/payments/issues (flights, hotels, car rentals, complains filing and follow-up)
    • Customer meetings arrangements – bookings at different places, meeting rooms and miscellaneous. 
    • “Club de industriales” paperwork/ payments
    • Original contracts handling and storage 
    • Manage local businesses invoices (deal with restaurant, hotels, parking’s, events invoices)
    • Corporate Credit Card issues 
    • Courier delivery services
    • Mexico trend market and economic conditions weekly reports 
    • SAP Purchase to Pay process. 


    Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

    • Computer standard software (Word, Excel, PPT)
    • Advanced excel would be a plus
    • English skills, spoken & writing

    Required Yrs Exp:

    1 year of experience 


    Required Education:

    Business administration related studies.
