Responsibilities:

Purpose and Summary of position:

Flex Field Operators at the Enoree site will work 12 hour rotating shifts with responsibility for, but not limited to the following:

  •  Active participation in site EHS programs (housekeeping, entry of OIS notifications, SIP Meeting attendance, etc.); Adherance to procedures (SOP's), and batch procedures to load tanks and facilitate the reactor processes in safe and tiely manner;
  • Effective use of DeltaV, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and batch procedures to load tanks and facilitate the reactor processes in a safe and timely manner for 2-3 reactors simultaneously (must complete training and certification for all reactor processes);
  • Timely and accurate daily measurement of all designated Finished Product Bulk Storage Tanks and all required reports
    Safe and timely execution of troubleshooting activities for the reactor processes and equipment therein; Timely and accurate completion of all required reports
    Development and execution of Energy Isolation Permits and all other safe work permits;

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of occupational and process safety
  • Solid Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • High standards for housekeeping
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook, etc.)    
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills   

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Associates degree or two-year technical degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Mechanical or instrumentation experience;

  • 2

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
