  • Analyze raw materials, in-process streams, and finished products by routine laboratory methods.
  • Prepare standardized reagents and calibrate equipment as required
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment in the laboratory and working knowledge of instruments.
  • Actively promote a strong safety culture


  • Minimum of 12 hours college chemistry with labs and college algebra or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, basic oral and written skills; knowledge of Word, Excel other computer software.
  • Demonstrated basic lab skills such as glassware use, weighing, pipetting, dilutions and titrations
  • Strong desire to learn new analytical techniques and ability to troubleshoot instrument issues.
  • Demonstrate effective oral and written reporting skills.
  • Previous experience working in regulated environments such as ISO9001.
  • Experience with gas chromatography, high pressure liquid chromatography, spectroscopy, and atomic absorption.
  • Assist in interpreting data and provide input in troubleshooting problems.
  • 2-5 years’ experience
  • 2-year associate degree
