Schedule Management:
The executive assistant will coordinate the executive's schedule; prioritizing functions and appointments, ensuring that meetings, deadlines presentations and other duties of the executive office are carried out seamlessly.

The executive assistant will oversee travel arrangements (both domestic and international); coordinating flights, accommodations and other itinerary specifics.

The executive assistant will liase between the executives and the public, customers and staff members. In this capacity, the executive assistant will field phone calls, takes requests for meetings and coordinates various aspects of interdepartmental communication as necessary. The assistant will also facilitate communication, plan events, distribute information, draft agendas and schedules meetings and records the minutes.

The executive assistant will be required to submit all expenses ofthe executives in a timely fashion and ensure they are approved within the required Company Policy timeframe. Attention to detail is critical.


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  


  • This role requires great interpersonal skills including approachability and being able to work well with others in the organization.
  • Strong decision making skills, verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are also all required traits for this position.
  • Microft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel) proficiency is required.
  • Knowledge of Concur Expense Reporting System and Carlson Wagonlit Travel Agency
  • Prior experience in a Global Company required 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

The right candidate for this role will need to be extremely efficient, organized and resourceful. This person must also be flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple executives. 


Required Education:

High School Diploma required
Executive Assistant Certification is a plus
