Country level HR leader for Celanese entities in Brazil, including multiple plants and offices. Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and country wide application of HR practices in Brazil.
Maintains responsibility for organizational compliance with Brazilian labor legislation and effective talent management practices. Oversees activities in M&A, including transformation, process standardization, and coordinating culture changes. Supervises the staff of the human resource department. Coordiantes with corporate HR and legal counsel on matters affecting employees in Brazil. Oversees and takes responsibility for improving leadership skills and capabilities across Celanese in Brazil, including developing diverse talent and supporting employee resource groups.
Strong knowledge in Brazilian Legislation and statutory environment
Fluent in English
Excellent communication, leadership and planning skillsStrategic mindset
Experience leading an HR function in Brazil, including offices and plants
