Purpose and Summary of position: 

  • Manage development, implementation and administration of executive compensation programs.
  • Develop communication materials and supporting analysis for presentations to the Compensation Committee and senior executives and manage the ongoing review and approval of executive compensation actions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and other business partners in implementing and communicating compensation designs, administering existing programs and assisting with company-wide projects.
  • Analyze compensation programs for cost impact, effectiveness, legal and regulatory compliance and alignment with shareholder interests
  • Develop and maintain databases, executive job structures, tally sheets, analyses, projections and reporting tools.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of legal, regulatory and legislative treatment, requirements and impacts to executive compensation program


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Strong verbal, written and graphic communications skills and executive presence in meetings
  • Strong data analysis, project management and consulting skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work with highly sensitive and confidential information

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Knowledge of SAP and Success Factors preferred

Required Years Experience:

  • 7+ years with at least 3 years focus on executive compensation

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting or related field
