    Responsibilities:

    The Senior Financial Analyst helps drive business results by providing decision support analysis to leaders in finance, operations, and other functions.  The candidate will be involved in annual planning, monthly forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, and also participate on various global projects. Key personal characteristics include motivation, attention to detail, a customer focus, and drive to deliver results.  The ability to thrive in a complex global business environment and strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must. Responsibilities:

    1) Communicate financial results and make recommendations on actions needed to meet targets

    2) Perform financial analyses to identify and support business opportunities

    3) Support a wide variety of ad hoc analyses and initiatives

    4) Own & drive financial results

    5) Champion of financial controls

    6) Involvement and leadership of BU and finance initiatives

    7) Help prepare analytical presentations and other financial and strategic solutions for management and Board level consumption

    8) Work in a dynamic and fast-pace environment by quickly understanding problems and defining efficient solutions through improved processes and tools

    Qualifications:

    1) Ability to consistently produce high quality analysis within tight deadlines by prioritizing, identifying roadblocks, and collaborating with colleagues and management

    2) Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

    3) Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management

    4) Team player who excels in collaborative environment

    5) Advanced proficiency in Excel

    6) Honesty, integrity, and sense of responsibility

    7) Self-motivated individual with ability to take initiative in ambiguous & unstructured environments, thinks holistically and pragmatically, and resolves issues with least amount of guidance

    8)  SAP Experience, Fortune 500 Business Finance, FP&A experience, MDA is a plus

    9) 5 years of solid Finance/ Accounting work experience preferably in manufacturing and cost accounting envrionment.

    10) Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
