Responsibilities:

  • Functional SME for employee data entry and maintenance in SAP HR system.
  • Data entry and maintenance for US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
  • Research, triage and resolve tickets from the HR ticketing system.
  • Upload master data changes into SAP.
  • Review payroll results for large changes between pay cycles.
  • Run and distribute reports for customers within and outside of HR.
  • Test system changes in SAPHR.

Qualifications:

  • Work well in fast paced environment.
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Advanced Excel Skills (v-look up, sorts).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3-5 Years of SAP HR Experience
  • BS or High School Diploma
