Purpose and Summary of position: 

  • Provides ongoing benchmarking of compensation programs and monitors trends in the market to continually evaluate and enhance Celanese programs.
  • Participates in the ongoing design and implementation of new programs.
  • Documents and evaluates job content, including activities, duties and requirements.
  • Develops and/or participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
  • Supports the development, implementation and administration of global compensation policies and programs. Continually searches for process improvements and efficiencies.


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Knowledge of market benchmarking process
  • Strong data analysis, project management and consulting skills
  • Excellent MS Excel Skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Programs

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Knowledge of SAP and Success Factors preferred

Required Years Experience:

  • Up to 5 years

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting or related field
