This position is responsible for developing and implementing sound, data based solutions to operational issues and opportunities.


Is a Safety Leader. This person will:

  • Monitor quality parameters
  • Understand causes for quality defects

  • Investigate and document non-conformance through corrective/ preventative actions and customer feedback

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue projects
  • Develop effective solutions to improve productivity
  • Implement and follow up to ensure effectiveness


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with others.
  • Leadership, facilitation, and team work skills to effectively work with others to solve problems and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Exceptional organization skills 


Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment
  • 6 Sigma or similar statistical quality control experience and certification


Required Yrs Exp:

One to Two Years Manufacturing Environment


Required Education:

BS Engineering
