Responsibilities:

Purpose and Summary of position:

  • Focus on growing the portfolio not individual projects
  • Provide global program view and trends to key stakeholders
  • Leads project management team to bring projects to launch
  • Ensure resources are utilized effectively and efficiently to drive increased profitability
  • Ability to influence without authority

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Translate multiple business disciplines and goals.  
  • Marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done.  
  • Get things done both through formal channels and informal networks.  
  • Possesses courage, energy and the drive to finish projects.

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Experience in the areas of Automotive, Engineering, Chemistry, Polymers, Project Management, and or Commercial
  • Execute and maintain program strategy
  • Set key deliverable for project management
  • Set high performance project management team

Required Years Experience:

5+

 

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree
