Purpose and Summary of Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for and will partner with operations, maintenance, process engineering, EHS, and quality to develop and implement targeted work redesign improvements. Projects designed to reduce waste, improve work flow, increase inherent safe design, reduce effort, improve OST, reduce cost, increase up time, increase error proofing, reduce work complexity, establish and improve execution to work standards. The role will partner with stakeholders to establish priorities, define benefits and deliverables and create strategic plan for implementation. Additionally the role will participate on projects to leverage technology and will be responsible for enterprise wide best practices implementation. The role will work with corporate COE and CTG to assure consistency and adherence with corporate requirements.
Required Years of Experience:
Engineering BS (Industrial or mechanical engineering preferred).
