Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Investigations
o Conduct and coordinate global investigations through interviews, document review, data analysis, and other external sources to determine relevant facts and concisely report investigation conclusions
o Identify process improvements through investigations and ensure recommendations are implemented
o Global compliance coordinator responsible for documenting, updating and preparing investigation/helpline and management summary reports for all regions across the company utilizing CE’s third party database, Navex
o Assist with the development of a Compliance assessment survey
o Support the tracking of third party due diligence
• Audit Assist/Fraud
o Partner with CE Global Audit to analyze audit and accounting procedures in the control environment that deal with the company’s possible exposure to fraudulent financial reporting and risk
• Enterprise Risk Management
o Assist with Enterprise Risk Management annual process including coordination and documentation of all business line and function meetings

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Familiarity with corporate ethics, corporate investigations and compliance issues, requirements, and topics.
  • Organizational agility, writing and communication skills.
  • Self-starter and effective in driving cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle discreet and sensitive matters.

 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and related products

CFE preferred, but not required

 

Required Yrs Exp:

Three to Five years of forensic accounting experience or investigations

 

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting
