• Targets new customers in selected market space(s)
• Works with new customers to determine potential applications and best Celanese material solutions.
• Generates opportunities for new business growth.
• Manages internal (testing, CAE) and external developments to drive projects to close.
• Works with Account Manager at existing customers to develop new applications and opportunities.

• Provides technical support at existing customers as needed.

• Ability to work with customers to develop a tailored solution.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve new problems.
• Develop deep customer and market knowledge. Draw connections to foresee future trends and develop opportunities to grow and innovate.

• Established experience and network within the automotive powertrain and/or plastics industry.
• Knowledge of basic powertrain components and requirements.


Required Yrs Exp:


5+ years  Automotive or Plastics Industry experience in a technical or commercial role.


Required Education:


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Technical Field.  MS or Ph.D. a plus.
