  • Support T&I product development and product specialist activities, related to Softer Products and other Engineering Materials New Products
  • Responsible for all developmental sample preparation, test submission and result summary
  • Perform material/part testing using standard lab equipment’s (DSC, Capillary rheometer et al), as well as develop specialized testing to simulate customer applications with the help of supervisor
  • Safely maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation associated with product laboratory
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and Company standards as they pertain to the following: Safety, Health, Environmental, ISO 9002 and Housekeeping Standards


  • Minimum Junior year undergraduate student majoring in Chemistry, Polymer science, or Chemical engineering
  • Performance Chemical Laboratory activities safely
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Graduate student in chemistry, Polymer, Chemical Engineering or other related field
  • Ability to operate analytical instrumentation such as DSC, TGA, and Rheometer
  • Good understanding of engineered material properties
  • Sufficient knowledge of statistics
  • Excellent communication, recordkeeping and computer skills"
  • Third year in college
  • Minimum Junior year Undergraduate students, prefer graduate student majoring in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering
