Overview:

Billing Team Leader is responsible for training and coaching the Billing Coordinator, new joiner and identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving technical issues. The Billing Lead needs to participate on monthly meetings and cooperate with other departments (Finance, Delivery and Logistics, Tax, IT, CS, and AR) to resolve invoicing related issues.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and motivates personnel to improve performance and job satisfaction
  • Provide trainings and coach new joiners
  • Facilitate the trainings for different departments upon need such as billing related transactional and/or any new processes
  • Maintains and ensures key internal relationships
  • All Billing related activities (running transactions, reports, resolving issues…)
  • Active participation during Monthly Operational review meetings  for Billing and QN
  • Support the team with technical issue resolution
  • Perform testing scenarios in SAP (upgrades and updates).
