Overview:

The CX Coordinator supports Logistics Operations through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, generating operational reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. By transforming data into meaningful information, the position helps leadership identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve visibility and support operational and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance standard and ad-hoc dashboards, reports, and scorecards for Logistics Operations leadership.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of operational data used for decision-making.
  • Automate recurring reports and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Consolidate data from multiple systems and data sources to provide comprehensive operational visibility.
  • Analyze operational trends and performance drivers across transportation, warehousing, service levels, and order fulfillment activities.
  • Identify exceptions, performance gaps, and emerging risks, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews through data preparation and analysis.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on operational performance deviations and support leadership with fact-based recommendations.
  • Monitor and maintain Logistics Operations performance metrics and reporting standards.
  • Validate KPI calculations and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency across teams and regions.
  • Track performance against targets and highlight areas requiring management attention.
  • Partner with Logistics, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into analytical outputs.
  • Support leadership presentations by preparing data visualizations and executive-ready reporting materials.
  • Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from business stakeholders.
  • Maintain reporting databases, templates, and analytical tools used by the organization.
  • Support the adoption and effective use of reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI, SAP reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, operations analytics, or supply chain analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data modeling.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Experience creating dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive-level reports.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, manufacturing, or customer service environments.
  • Experience supporting management and leadership decision-making through data analysis.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and transform complex information into meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of SAP reporting structures and logistics-related data is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities from data. 
  • Ability to perform data validation and ensure high levels of reporting accuracy.
  • Strong problem-structuring and quantitative analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reporting and data visualizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced English is needed.
  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics performance metrics.
  • Ability to connect operational performance data with business outcomes and customer impact.
