Overview:

The Time and Attendance Advanced Specialist is responsible for the daily support of operations for our Americas workforce tracking. This role will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring that hours worked are recorded accurately and in compliance with local regulations. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of our payroll process and ensuring our team members are paid correctly and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the organization’s timecard and time and attendance system to help ensure accurate, timely, and policy-compliant time entry and approvals.
  • Identify and resolve missing punches, schedule conflicts, and synchronization errors between the time-tracking system and payroll.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to labor laws, including overtime calculations and mandatory meal/rest periods.
  • Act as the first line of support for employee inquiries regarding timecards, leave requests, and system access.
  • Process or support retroactive adjustments to time and attendance data and ensure discrepancies are corrected prior to payroll and billing deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot routine timecard issues and coordinate escalation of more complex system or integration issues, as needed.
  • Assist in time and attendance system configuration and maintenance of time entry rules, absence calculations, leave and absence plans, and location specific labor requirements.
  • Generate reports on labor hours, attendance trends, and manual adjustments for manager review.
  • Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs for Payroll, HR, Finance, and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 2-4 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years of multi-country across Americas experience.
  • Relevant experience supporting timecard, time and attendance, payroll, or workforce management processes.
  • Experience with timekeeping software such as ADP WFM, ADP e-Time, UKG, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
