This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and provides strategic HR partnership to the SVP, Global Manufacturing and the manufacturing leadership team, as well as execution leadership to the geographically based HR teams that support manufacturing and field populations.
This role is responsible for the development and execution of a human capital plan and people agenda for the Global Manufacturing team. The human capital plan translates the performance and strategic requirements of the global manufacturing organization into plans across the following areas:
This role also leads the regional HR leaders (Americas, EMEA, China, and Asia outside China), who oversee site-based HR Business Partners. Site-based HR Business Partners generally support manufacturing site leadership teams and/or field offices (e.g., Shared Services Centers), as well as provide local support for other Business Unit or functional initiatives.
