YOU will be involved in the following tasks:
•Lead the development and activation of a new digital engagement persona to strengthen visibility, recognition, and adoption across external platforms
•Own and execute a strategic, multi‑platform social media and digital engagement approach aligned with key business priorities
•Build, launch, and scale social media channels beyond LinkedIn, defining clear purpose, voice, and engagement models
•Promote products, solutions, and offerings through compelling digital storytelling that drives visibility and interaction
•Actively engage external audiences and build and nurture a digital community of customers, partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders
•Shape and amplify key narratives and priorities by collaborating closely with Campaign Managers and other key stakeholders
•Track engagement and performance, translating insights into continuous optimization and increased impact
•Identify emerging platforms, trends, and engagement opportunities to continuously expand reach and relevance
•Act as the internal expert for social media and external engagement, setting best practices and guiding stakeholders
