Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and collaborative Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role plays a critical part in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent across our global manufacturing organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys partnering with HR and business leaders, leveraging market data, and driving impactful pay decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide consultative support on compensation-related matters.
  • Market price jobs and analyze competitive data to ensure appropriate leveling within the salary structure.
  • Assist with administration of annual compensation processes including merit, bonus, and sales incentives.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and manage market data within BetterComp.
  • Conduct compensation analyses including market assessments, cost modeling, and pay equity reviews.
  • Analyze new jobs and reclassification requests to appropriately determine FLSA exemption status.
  • Create and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Maintain and audit compensation data within HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Document processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support stock plan administration.
  • Assist with special projects and broader Total Rewards initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3+ years of compensation experience; global and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, modeling, data analysis).
  • Experience working with HRIS systems such as SAP and survey management tools such as BetterComp, MarketPay or PayFactors.
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and FLSA regulations.
  • CCP certification or progress toward CCP preferred.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
